Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment? +

All bookings are made online through GlossGenius at bonde.glossgenius.com. You can browse available services, select a time, and book in just a few minutes.

Do you accept walk-ins? +

At this time, Bondé is appointment-only to ensure every client gets dedicated, focused time. We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for color services.

Is a deposit required to book? +

Yes, a card on file is required to secure your appointment. The card will only be charged if you cancel late or do not show.

Do you offer consultations? +

Yes! Consultations are available and encouraged, especially for major color changes or first-time clients. You can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation through GlossGenius.

Cancellations & No-Shows

What is the cancellation policy? +

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

What happens if I no-show? +

No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service cost. We understand life happens — please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Can I reschedule my appointment? +

Absolutely. You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance through GlossGenius or by reaching out directly. Late rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.

Services & Pricing

Are prices listed on the website exact? +

Prices shown are starting rates. Your final price depends on hair length, density, current condition, and the time required. A quote is always discussed before work begins.

How long do color appointments take? +

Balayage and full highlight services typically take 3–4 hours. Full color is usually 1.5–2 hours. We will let you know timing when you book or during your consultation.

Do you work with all hair types and textures? +

Yes. Bondé is experienced with a wide range of hair types. If you have very textured, relaxed, or chemically-treated hair, please mention this when booking so we can allocate the right amount of time.

Late Arrivals

What if I'm running late? +

Please text or call as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule — to protect the experience for other clients booked after you.

Is there parking? +

Yes, there is parking available at and near the studio. We will provide directions and parking details with your confirmation.

Permanent Jewelry Care

How do I care for my permanent jewelry? +

Day-to-day care is minimal — just wear it! You can shower, swim, and work out with it on. For sterling silver, you may notice some natural patina over time; a jewelry polishing cloth removes this easily.

Will it irritate my skin? +

Gold-filled and sterling silver are both hypoallergenic options suitable for most people. If you have a known allergy to specific metals, please let us know before your session and we will find the right option for you.

What if my chain breaks? +

Bring it back in and we can re-weld it! Re-welds are quick and typically low-cost. Keep the broken chain — we just need to fuse the ends back together.

Can I get multiple pieces done at once? +

Absolutely — many clients do a bracelet and anklet or multiple bracelets in one session. Each piece takes about 15–20 minutes, so plan accordingly.
